Echo® Dose-Response Software

Prepare Dose Titrations with the Echo for Better Results screenshot1

The Echo® Dose-Response software enables you to prepare IC50, EC50 or any type of dose-response curves using the unique capabilities of the Echo liquid handler. This software leads you through simple steps to design the assay plate layout and create the dose-response curves. The Echo Dose-Response software consolidates compound distribution, DMSO back-fill and control compound transfer and simplifies the creation of assay-ready plates for dose-response studies.

User-Friendly Source and Destination Plate Designer
  • Graphical plate designer for source and destination plates lets you quickly create and edit plate layout screenshot2
  • Color-coded wells for easy identifications of compound, control sample, DMSO or reserved locations

Flexible Dose-Response Curve Format Accommodation
  • Row-wise or column-wise curve orientation for 96-, 384-, 1536- or 3456-well destination plate format to accommodate different data analysis algorithms
  • Wide range for number of data points per curve and flexible replicate options covers different needs in many research areas

One-Click Automatic DMSO Back-Fill Option screenshot3
  • Unifies the final DMSO concentration in all assay wells to reduce well-to-well variance

User-defined Output Files
  • Easy sample tracking through user-defined Echo transfer and survey reports
  • Available in XML, CSV and TXT with customizable report structure, file directory and file name for quick file lookup
