The POD™ 810 plate assembler, a walk-away, out-of-the-box solution, transforms your Echo® liquid handler into a Plates-On-Demand instrument. The POD plate assembler is controlled by the revolutionary Intellectual Scheduler. Unlike traditional sequential schedulers, the Intellectual Scheduler is event-based, with built-in intelligence to automatically adjust workflow. It prioritizes tasks according the needs of the Echo liquid handler and makes on-the-fly scheduling decisions to maximize use of all hardware components. The POD plate assembler rapidly and efficiently executes many applications, including plate reformatting, cherry picking and dose-response set-ups. This unique platform maximizes productivity and minimizes user intervention, resulting in an out-of-the-box solution that allows users to be up-and-running within days.

The POD plate assembler leverages our unmatched expertise in acoustic droplet ejection (ADE) and accommodates any of the Echo 500 series liquid handlers.
