POD Expansion Options
Microplate Peeling
Labcyte integrates the Nexus XPeel on a removable docking table to add the ability to peel and remove thermal and adhesive seals from stored microplates.
Plate Rotation Station
Added directly to the main deck of the POD robot cell, this device easily rotates plates as they come from and return to storage. This allows you to reorient plates labeled on opposing sides to the barcode reader of the Echo.
Microplate Shaking
Labcyte integrates the Variomag High-speed Teleshake directly to the main deck of the POD robot cell to provide agitation to source plates assisting in compound dissolution and sample homogeneity.
Expanded Microplate Storage
Labcyte integrates the Thermo Fisher Scientific Cytomat series microplate stores with dry, temperature controlled, or ambient conditions. A customized rail system delivers plates from storage directly to the POD robot cell minimizing any exposure to the environment.
